Staci Alley, LCSW

Adult Services Program Director; Behavior Therapist

Staci started working with Actualize Behavior Alternatives in 2015 as a behavioral therapist out of a desire to work in a person-centered role, helping individuals meet their unique goals while creating a meaningful life. For Staci, working in this field is especially rewarding because it allows her to witness the transformative power of small, consistent changes in her clients’ lives, helping them achieve true happiness and fulfillment.

Staci received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in speech-language hearing sciences and her master’s degree in clinical social work.

One of the most valuable lessons she has learned from the school of hard knocks is that marathons are finished one step at a time, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and steady progress.

If Staci could choose any superpower, it would be the ability to time travel.

In her personal time, you can most often find her enjoying outdoor adventures -fishing, hiking, watching sunsets, going to concerts, or spending quality time with family and friends.

“The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less.”
– Socrates.

We have a team of therapists with eclectic therapeutic styles and each client will be paired with the therapist best suited to their needs.
