Registered Behavioral Technician
Alana started working with Actualize Behavior Alternatives in 2025 out of the desire to support marginalized communities and help them live their best lives despite the challenges and judgements they may encounter along the way.
She is currently a student at CSU- getting her degree in Social Work. Alana was a part of founding a ‘Black student Alliance’ at her high school. She also worked to implement a resolution into DPS asking for more representation and history for students of color.
One of the most valuable lessons Alana has learned from the school of hard knocks is that you don’t have to dim your own light for the comfortability of others. Embrace and prioritize yourself because no one can pour from an empty cup.
If Alana could choose any superpower it would be Mind Reading
In Alana’s personal time you can most often find her playing games on her computer, or doing her makeup.
