Registered Behavior Technician
Abby began her career in behavioral health in 2022 and started working with Actualize Behavior Alternatives in 2025. She values compassionate, naturalistic teaching methods and is passionate about empowering individuals with developmental challenges.
Abby is currently completing her associate’s degree at Arapahoe Community College and plans to continue her education at Metropolitan State University of Denver, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Abby has always been drawn to the power of communication, and she looks forward to deepening her knowledge to better support those she works with.
One of the most valuable lessons Abby has learned from the school of hard knocks is that life presents challenges when you’re ready to face them, even when we don’t realize it at the time. Every difficulty brings an opportunity for growth.
If Abby could choose any superpower, it would be the ability to read minds. To truly understand the thoughts and feelings of others would be an incredible gift.
In Abby’s personal time you can most often find her spending time with family and friends, thrifting, and getting lost in just about any book she can find! She also prioritizes movement and mindfulness, making hot yoga and Pilates a daily part of her routine.
