Registered Behavior Technician
Jasmine started working with Actualize Behavior Alternatives in 2026 out of the desire to help others find their voice, in whatever form that may be, so that they can express themselves to the max!! When she was in foster care as a child, her foster siblings both had down syndrome as well as autism, both of which she had never experienced before. Over time, they developed a deep bond, learning new ways of connecting and regulating together, truly opening her eyes to how vast someone might be with the right tools nearby to help them shine!
She is currently enrolled at Western Governors University for a bachelor’s degree in special education and elementary education with dual licensure. She aims to use her degree’s insights to further pursue a master’s in clinical social work and a certificate in ABA, eventually becoming a dual LCSW and BCBA, specializing in early intervention and talk therapy.
One of the most valuable lessons Jasmine has learned from the school of hard knocks is that we are all human and we all make mistakes. It is what we do next that can either build us back up or keep us sinking downward.
If Jasmine could choose any superpower it would be to time travel with immortality but with the ability to turn off that immortality at any time.
In her personal time you can most often find her spending time with her fiance and her two dachshunds, hiking, dancing at music festivals and concerts, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
“Progress isn’t a straight line, but every step forward is worth celebrating”
