Actualize Behavior Alternatives
Chelsi joined Actualize Behavior Alternatives in October 2025, inspired by a shared passion for compassionate, evidence-based, and assent-focused behavioral support.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue Global University in 2019 and her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2022. After becoming a BCBA in March 2023, Chelsi began specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) model, and developing a holistic, heart-led approach that honors both private and observable behavior.
One of the most valuable lessons Chelsi has learned from the school of hard knocks is that the journey is just as important as the destination. She believes true growth happens in the small, everyday wins that build trust, connection, and lasting change within ourselves and others.
If she could choose any superpower, it would be the ability to materialize things instantly, like fun reinforcers, cozy blankets, and snacks.
Based in Mount Shasta, California, Chelsi is dedicated to integrating life lessons as she continues to evolve as a practitioner who blends science and soul in both her work and everyday life. She believes in embodying behavior analysis as a way of being—meeting every moment with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
